PERFORATOR KNIVES

The same standard quality as for score knives we incorporate in the production of perforating knives: high peformance alloy steel cut from bar stock and cross-rolled  sheet stock propery hardened and temperd to stay sharp longer.

MALE TOP SLITTER KNIVES

We supply male top slitter knives in several steel qualities form standard tool steel, high alloy tool steel , high speed steel M2 – M42, or powder steels ASP2023-ASP2053   execution. No matter what material grade you need to suit your requirement, we can supply it.

Male top slitter knives we manufacture in a large variety of sizes and shapes as dished concave shape or flat circular shape , with plain bore without key locking slot , with key locking slot and with bayonet locking  bore.

FEMALE BOTTOM SHEAR KNIVES

We supply female bottom  shear knives in several steel qualities form standard tool steel, high alloy tool steel , high speed steel M2 – M42, powder steels ASP2023-ASP2053 , and tungsten carbide inlaid execution. No matter what material grade you need to suit your requirement, we can supply it.

Female bottom shear knives we manufacture in a large variety of sizes and shapes as T- shape with both sided edge , with single side edge , multiknives blocks . With plain bore without locking slot , with key locking slot , or with self locking devices .

MALE TOP KNIFE HOLDERS

We supply holders for top male knives made from tempered steel , black oxide finished , corrosion and rust protected. Many different locking systems as your requirement ,from plain bore to self locking system.
